Gloucestershire Association for Voluntary and Community Action, GAVCA, is also known in Gloucester as Gloucester Voluntary and Community Action, GAVCA in Gloucester, and in Cheltenham as Cheltenham Voluntary and Community Action, Cheltenham VCA.
(Prior to 1st January 2007, Gloucester Centre for Voluntary and Community Action was named Gloucester Centre for Voluntary Services, Gloucester CVS, GCVS. At the Annual General Meeting on 9th September 2008, the name was modified to Gloucestershire Association for Voluntary and Community Action.)
