The Gloshub Bulletin is one of several ways that information of and for the voluntary and community sector in Gloucestershire is distributed. These four methods complement each other and ensure that a wide variety of useful and relevant information can be made widely available to the sector.
The methods of communicating information include:
The weekly Gloshub newsletter - covering GlosAssembly information (including Strategy Groups’ information) and local strategic events, Gloucestershire Conference and Local Area Agreement information (including consultation requests, training and events) and national/ regional consultations, if relevant. There are also some links to other useful sites and resources.
Newsletters covering other areas of interest - these include Children and Young People, Putting People First, and Health & Community Wellbeing.
The GlosHub website - All information from weekly bulletin, plus links to GAVCA's training site and information about training from other training providers.
The GAVCA website - training courses at GAVCA and from other providers, general resources, and funding opportunities. In addition, staff within Gloucester VCA and Cheltenham VCA may wish to circulate local email bulletins to groups in their district.
The Gloucestershire VCS Noticeboard Blog - this is a space for the voluntary and community sector to advertise its own events, items for sale or available free, accommodation available or wanted, and general news.
