GIG Members

Infrastructure support is there to give you information about funding, enable you to find the right training for you, help you to have a say in local and county wide issues & help you to communicate & network with other groups.

Gloucestershire has several infrastructure organisations, including Councils for Voluntary Services (CVS) & other specialist organisations, all of whom are members of GIG.

Volunteer Centre Cheltenham
Volunteer Centre Cheltenham Cheltenham Volunteer Centre recruits and brokers volunteer placements, advises on volunteer management and runs a Volunteer Manager’s Forum. It specialises in supported volunteering and is the lead agency for the volunteering outcome in the Local Area Agreement in Gloucestershire. A Marketing and Volunteer Development Officer is currently engaged in promoting volunteering and developing volunteering opportunities throughout the county.  Tel: 01242 257727

The Volunteer Centre, Tewkesbury Borough, is now managed by Cheltenham Volunteer Centre. It recruits and places volunteers and will be developing an outreach service in the near future.
